Teachers’ development and success are supported through the Teaching Foundation program. In order to meet the always-changing demands, teachers must be open to new forms of learning and adapt and improve their curricula and practices. At the same time, they must cultivate a steadiness that supports their own well-being and protects the social-emotional needs of their pupils. Our program helps the students to pursue their teaching careers with a strong base.
